Our goal is to get your Threadz to you as quickly as we can. Orders typically ship within two business days of receipt through USPS. Tracking numbers will be provided to the email contact provided with the order upon shipment.
We do our best to match your shipping charge to the actual cost of shipping. You’ll find a reduced charge for second item and those beyond. RC Threadz ships to International destinations as well.
Returns
Threadz not working out? We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Threadz returned must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for a refund. A copy of your order number should be included with your return. Shipping charges and payment processor fees will not be refunded.
Exhanges
Select the wrong size or need a different color? Threadz received back within 30 days of purchase are eligible for one free exchange of a like item (same price) with payment of a $10 handling fee.
